A new fan-made poster unites Eric Bana, Edward Norton, and Mark Ruffalo for a Spider-man: No Way Home-style Hulk movie. Bana starred in Ang Lee’s 2003 film, Hulk, while Norton introduced the strongest Avenger to Marvel in The Incredible Hulk. Beginning with 2012’s The Avengers, Ruffalo took over Norton’s role as Bruce Banner in the MCU.

Despite Ruffalo becoming the most recognizable Bruce Banner on-screen, many actors have played the character in live-action. A 1978 television series and several TV movies starred Bill Bixby and Lou Ferringo as Banner and his gamma-powered alter ego, the Incredible Hulk. After the renewed interest in superhero movies in the early 2000s, Lee cast Bana in a 2003 adaptation of The Hulk. After the first movie received lukewarm reviews, the sequel was reworked into The Incredible Hulk. After the second film, Norton left the role due to studio priorities, leaving Ruffalo to take over the role in The Avengers. Since then, he has portrayed the character throughout the Infinity Saga. One fan has imagined what a multiversal Hulk movie would look like after the concept of the MCU’s multiverse was introduced in Spider-Man: No Way Home.

Digital artist and art director Agt Design shared a fan-made poster of a Hulk movie featuring all three cinematic Hulk actors on their Instagram account. Titled “Hulk-Verse,” the poster shows all three Bruce Banner actors alongside their respective Hulks. With a 2003 release date, the three Banners will be joined by Benedict Cumberbatch’s Doctor Strange and William Hurt’s General Thadeus “Thunderbolt” Ross. Take a look at Agt Designs’ artwork below.

Following Ruffalo’s appearance in Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings’ post-credits scene, Banner is set to introduce more gamma-powered heroes to the MCU. Ruffalo will advise his cousin Jennifer Walters (Tatiana Maslany) as she balances her She-Hulk identity with her lawyer career in She-Hulk. The Abomination, played by Tim Roth in a reprise of his role from Shang-Chi, will also join Ruffalo and Maslany in the film. Roth has praised both Ruffalo and Maslany ahead of the show’s presumed 2022 release, even though he was surprised at their return.

While circumstances may differ from Spider-Man: No Way Home, a “Hulk-Verse” movie is possible with MCU lore. The two actors play the same version of Banner in Marvels ‘What If’ series. Retconning Ruffalo’s appearance into The Incredible Hulk could be treated as a variant from an alternate timeline, much like Loki’s. The Hulk’s cinematic history is complex, with recasts and right issues, so a “Hulk-Verse” film might be the perfect opportunity to give him a solo film.
