According to a source from the Sun, some very intriguing news has leaked. Apparently four members of the ‘Spice Girls’ – Geri Horner (Ginger Spice), Melanie C (Sporty Spice), Mel B (Scary Spice), and Emma Bunton (Baby Spice) – have been in contact with a screenwriter about making a sequel to the 1997 hit movie.

The alleged movie will be released next year to celebrate the group’s 25th anniversary. According to the Sun, Ginger Spice will lead the sequel. Here’s how they put it.
“The girls are planning a tongue-in-cheek sequel for the film’s 25th anniversary. A screenwriter has been approached, and preliminary steps have already been taken. “They are corresponding with established names in the industry, which indicates they are serious about returning.” Anyone close to the girls has declined to comment. The original film starred the band and Richard E. Grant.
It also starred Meat Loaf and Sir Elton John.
