Despite the fact that Daniel Radcliffe is now known as a swoon-worthy leading man, that wasn’t always the case. There was a time when he was just a li’l wizard. As for his other two partners in crime, saving-the-world crusader Emma Watson and Ed Sheeran body double Rupert Grint, they were also once small children, still growing into their robes as they grew. All of them were absolutely Adorable, if the word “Adorable” is to be used.
The casting of the boy wizard and his best friends must have been no easy task, but thankfully Radcliffe, Watson, and Grint topped all other contenders. Nevertheless, before the three jumped on board the Hogwarts Express, they had to prove they had chemistry together by taking some screen tests. We have all seen Radcliffe’s screen test and squealed over how adorable he was when he was eleven years old. It’s time to check out all three of them at once, so that there will be three times the amount of squealing!
It appears that in a video from August 2000, because yes, there is a date and yes, it is 15 years old, Radcliffe, Watson, and Grint hang out together while reading a book that Hermione checked out for “light reading.” They are researching Nicholas Flamel, and yes, this is probably the first time in recorded Harry Potter history that Hermione has ever spoken back to Harry and Ron. The magic is happening right before our eyes.
