It has been a while since Stranger Things graced our television sets. Stranger Things season 3 left us with quite a few unanswered questions, but now it appears that Stranger Things Season 4, due in 2022, will be doing its best to answer them. This weekend, Netflix hosted its three-hour Tudum online fan event, during which it revealed new footage of the show’s upcoming fourth season, which will be shot in a brand new location: the Creel House.
It is believed that the Creel House, which is located in Hawkins, Indiana, was once inhabited by Victor Creel before he was imprisoned in a psychiatric hospital for the gruesome murder of his family. According to Creel, it was a “vengeful demon” that committed the crime. There was a sense that I was dying… so I was filled with relief… but there was also a sense of terrible grief as well,” says Creel in a Netflix newsreel teaser. As the trailer begins, we see a glimpse of the chain of events that led up to the murders before we see a familiar cast of characters breaking into a haunted house, which features an ominous grandfather clock.
The fourth and final season of Stranger Things will be released sometime in 2022. Take a look at the trailer above, and stay tuned for more details as they become available.
