After almost 18 years since the release of the first Matrix movie, The Matrix Resurrections has released its first trailer, giving fans a tantalising glimpse at this sci-fi sequel!
Our head is already hurting again from all the choices, possibilities, and questions that are offered in the trailer. This leads me to wonder if Thomas Anderson aka Neo is stuck in the same old machine. Fans were given a first look at some of the core cast as well as some hints as to the storyline of the film.

In the trailer what we know is that Neo is stumbling through the false reality he has created, he is under the spell of blue pills that keep him in check, but soon he begins to notice cracks, such as mirrors that have morphed his appearance. Trinity (Carrie-Anne Moss) is the next person he meets, and although they are long acquainted, as they shake hands, she asks “Have we met before?””before?””before?”” and they both seem to realize that they have met before.
