“But I think it’s really important, if you go into something, thinking that one, two and three are the same… the same story, the same film. So that you don’t surprise yourself by being caught out by suddenly having to do a third from nowhere.
He added: “There’s got to be some continuity into a third and fourth and fifth, and if somebody says ‘no’, that’s fine. Let it go, and you move on to something else.”
Who will return, and who will be introduced?

The plot:
There is no word yet on where Venom 3 will take Eddie Brock, but we speculate that the events of Spider-Man: No Way Home will play a part.
Director Andy Serkis said:
“I know everyone is eagerly anticipating Venom’s meeting with Spider-Man.” in an interview with Screen Rant. That’s true, I know. Nevertheless, I think there is real value in some of Ravencroft’s other supervillains. There’s so much fertile ground to be uncovered there. I’d really enjoy playing in that sandbox. Who’s lurking in there that could break out?”
Eddie Brock was transported to the MCU universe 616 during the after-credits of Venom: Let There Be Carnage.
After defeating Carnage, Brock is still on the run from authorities in No Way Home’s post-credits scene. When he learns that Spider-Man and other Avengers exist, he is confused. Following Doctor Strange‘s incantation that restored the multiverse (for now), Brock is transported back to the Sony Pictures universe to track down Spider-Man.
