As part of a major deal between the two studios, Sony will feed a lot of its films to Disney-owned services (including Hulu, ABC, FX, plus Star in the UK and elsewhere) after they’ve been shown on Netflix. Streaming giant Netflix recently landed a deal with Sony, taking the lead over any other service or channel.
As a result, Marvel fans will be able to watch all movies aligned with the MCU on Disney+ for the first time. Likewise, Spider-Man: No Way Home will hit cinemas on 17th December… which makes you wonder if Disney will pull off another coup and swallow another large studio?
